Transition From Inpatient

Why It Works
Part-Time schedule. Full-time support.
Our intensive, 25-hour-per-week PHP program is designed for clients who don’t need inpatient care but still want to devote as much time as possible to recovery.
Innovative therapies. Individualized plans.
Our licensed clinicians create individualized care plans that fit your journey and needs, all powered by evidence-based therapies including CBD, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.
Structured community. Laidback environment.
Now more than ever, human connection is crucial to recovery. Gather together in a safe, comforting space and enjoy the company of those who support your hopes and dreams.
What to expect from your time with us:

Step 1

Intake

Our individualized, ASAM-compatible assessment process results in a care plan that supports the person you are and inspires the person you want to be. During this phase, you will be assigned a primary therapist and case manager who will support you throughout the recovery process.

Step 2

Treatment

You’ll come to our facility for treatment Monday through Friday from 9AM to 3PM (with a lunch break at noon) – kind of like reporting to a part-time job. As you work with us, your case manager will coordinate with court systems, other providers, and any other service you need.

Step 3

Transition

Through intensive therapy, expert care, and community help, you’ll reach a point where you can move to the next and lower level of care, Intensive Outpatient (IOP).

Step 4

Maintenance

As proud as we are of your achievements, we know that recovery is not a linear process. If you feel you need to adjust your level of care, reach out to your case manager.
