Nicole Krause MA, LCPC
Clinical Director
Nicole came to Rotary with over 12 years of clinical experience, specializing in addiction for the past 6. With firsthand, clinical knowledge of the operations of outpatient therapy centers, emergency rooms, hospitals, and residential treatment facilities – Nicole utilizes her unique expertise in individual, family, and group therapy to build and implement therapeutic mental health and substance use disorder programming for our clients. She is also instrumental in the management and development of our assessment and referral teams. Built on a foundation of respect, professionalism, and clinically supported methodologies, Nicole’s leadership guides us along the path through the Rotary mission.
Natalie Pflueger NCC, LCPC
Executive Director
Officially launching her career in 2007, Natalie has served in various clinical and leadership roles within the behavioral and mental health community. In her work, she has supported individuals of all ages struggling with substance use disorders, mental illness, eating disorders, and other co-occurring conditions. As our Executive Director, she brings forth a wealth of knowledge and insight that leads facility staff through compliance, daily operations, and maintaining a healthy culture for our clients. Natalie’s passion lies in activism and advocacy: fighting the stigma that often comes with being diagnosed with substance use disorders. Her empathy and understanding is a guiding light for our team
